Privacy
What we collect
When you run a checkup we store the website address you enter, your email address, your mobile number if you provide one, whether you agreed to receive texts, your answer about unanswered calls, and the results of the automated review. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address to limit abuse. We never store your IP address itself.
We email you a link to your report. Andrew at RevenuePilot receives a copy of the same report along with your contact details so she can follow up. You can reply to any email and ask us to delete your information.
SMS consent
Texting is optional. If you enter a mobile number and check the consent box, you agree to receive your results and occasional tips by text. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We never sell or rent your mobile number.
Sharing
Your information is stored in our database and passed to the tools we use to send email and manage contacts. The automated review requests public pages from the website address you enter and uses Google PageSpeed Insights to measure mobile speed.
Report links
Report pages are unlisted but not password protected. Anyone with the link can view the report. Report pages never show your email address, mobile number, or consent status.
